Dinner is served in the rustic indoor dining room during the cooler seasons (spring and autumn), while in the summer months you can dine in the outdoor courtyard, surrounded by greenery and the quiet of the forest.
The restaurant is open in the evening, with priority given to house guests. Subject to availability, we also welcome external guests by reservation.

How to reach us
Il Soffio is set in a secluded spot in the heart of the forest, yet it’s easily accessible by car. We are located about 10 minutes from Molveno and San Lorenzo Dorsino.
After passing through San Lorenzo Dorsino towards Molveno, continue along the main road until you reach the hamlet of Nembia. From there, take the turnoff for Deggia and drive for about 3 km. Just before you reach the little Church of Deggia, follow the signs and take the left turn. In just a few meters, you will arrive at Il Soffio.
